Our intention and Visions: The collective vision of "Health Basket" represents a context or a space created in which we choose to fashion a different world. We know that we are part of an intricate web of life interconnected with the rest of the other webs on this planet. We also know that our choices affect our neighbors, our friends and family including living systems and cycles. Today, we are having an impact for tomorrow. Therefore, we choose to choose consciously! There are still lots to be aware of and to learn about the systems that create our chain of foods. And when we don’t know what we don’t know, we cannot make informed decisions. It is for this reason, at the Health Basket we keep ourselves informed. To share valuable information with our customers is a mandate. We support our local farmers and businesses to respect local sustainability. We also look for fair trade products respecting and honoring our brothers’ and sisters’ precious work from other countries. We look for organically grown foods and products in which their producers understand the value of the Balance of Nature. In all of it, we also know and trust that when a person chooses to live a life fully awakened in a self-sustainable way, by eating healthy, by harmonizing with their body, mind and spirit a ripple effect emerges.
